~Leslie Meadows, MA, MT-BC (iPad course)

“I feel more optimistic about developing a private practice in general. Marketing music therapy is not something we learned in school. I would especially recommend this course to music therapists starting a private practice.”
~Yuriko Urushibata, MT-BC (Marketing course)
“I loved that I could go at my own pace. At first, I wondered if I would be able to understand the process of billing insurance. Jamie presented the information in such a way that I could understand it. She made it much less daunting that what I imagined it to be.”
~Carly Litvik, MT-BC (Reimbursement course)
“This is a great way to earn CMTEs! Not only can I listen and learn at my own pace, but I also have a group to get and share new ideas.” ~Jennifer Hezoucky, MT-BC (iPad course)

More Kind Words About Our Courses
I really enjoyed the forum. This allowed more specific questions to be asked and I believe we can all learn from each other! I also really liked how the chapters were broken up into smaller sections. This was helpful in not feeling overwhelmed and allowing a more fluid “go-at-your-own-pace” atmosphere. Thank you for your assistance and constant support!
~ Jessie Habluetzel, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
I appreciated the video “how to” demonstrations and the FB group the most! Now I have increased use and confidence using the iPad for therapeutic purposes. ~ Lora Barthelman, MS, MT-BC (iPad Course)
My hesitations were: Would taking the course be as easy as presented? Was the “homework” going to be overly time consuming or complicated? Now I know that I will make small goals to reenter the work force. I will be more aware of stress that may be building or subtle ways that I may be headed toward burnout. The main thing I got out of the presentation is that small changes can make a huge difference. I enjoyed the presenter’s personal stories the most. I would recommend this to any professional. I love the fact that the course can be taken when it’s convenient for me. I have young children that are my first priority. Leaving them for a conference or class is not possible right now. I am doing this course while running after a toddler. Thank you for making it possible for me to get something done in between diaper changes! I feel like a real therapist now in addition to a mommy. I cannot thank you enough!
~ Christina Bartholic, MT-BC (Burnout Course)
I am not a tech person, and was not sure I’d understand the content. But now, I have purchased an iPad and have already tried using it in sessions. I am excited to explore the music storage capabilities! I would recommend this course especially if the iPad is something you are not yet familiar with. ~ Cynthia D. Long, MT-BC (iPad Course)
“I was elated when I sent out my first claim and I got the approval! I am beyond thrilled to be able to finally offer my services to a wider range of clients.” ~Natalie Mullis, MT- BC (Reimbursement Course)
I was so excited about this course. Now, I will be using the iPad more and in more effective ways. I will not be afraid of amps and microphones. I would recommend this course because it is a wonderful course for introducing you to the iPad and for encouraging technology. Bonnie made everything seem very user friendly and inspired me to try new things.
~ Catherine Schroth, MM, MT-BC (iPad Course)
“I think every music therapist who works for themselves needs to know reimbursement, but also be familiar with the billing process if working for a facility that might have trouble funding therapies.” ~Jennifer Hezoucky, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
I wasn’t sure how the information would translate to my state or if I would be able to understand all of the information presented. I quickly realized the information was very adaptable and the presenter really took the time to completely explain all the material. The information is presented in a clear, organized way, making it easily accessible and understood.
~Amy Miller, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
I hope that this course and other sources will jump start the reimbursement of music therapy services nationwide!
~ Jessica McAllister, MM, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
I was unsure of whether I had the time or skills to file for reimbursement for my music therapy sessions. I foresee starting slowly and working with 2 of my private clients to seek reimbursement. After this course, I’ll also be more organized with my paperwork and more succinct with my progress notes. ~ Sarah Niileksela, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
I had no clue how to even begin billing insurance! Now, we’re completely revamping all of our paperwork and documentation and attempting to bill insurance for clients. This is information that every music therapist, especially in private practice, needs to know.
~Dana Bolton, MMT, MT-BC (Reimbursement Course)
